- All 8 comprehensive wellness visits in your baby’s first year: within 24 hours to 1 week after birth, then at 2 weeks, 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months

Focus Areas
- Infant feeding support, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, formula, diapering, and baby-wearing
- Reflux, gas, stool pattern concerns, and digestion support
- Skin changes and concerns such as eczema and diaper rash
- Developmental milestone education and monitoring
- Immunity and wellness support
- Supplement review for parent and baby when appropriate
Labs & Screenings
Recommended first-year screenings include:
- Ongoing growth tracking
- Feeding assessment
- Jaundice follow-up when indicated
- Newborn metabolic screening, hearing screening, and CCHD result review
- Developmental surveillance at every visit
- Standardized developmental screening around 9 months
- Maternal mood screening during early infancy
- Oral health risk assessment
- Lead screening with blood lead testing at 12 months
- Anemia screening around 12 months
Informed discussions regarding immunizations are part of your care.
Additional labs or referrals may be recommended based on birth history, family history, feeding, growth, symptoms, environmental exposures, or parent concerns.
Enhanced Access Plan Available
Includes 5 virtual acute/urgent care or follow-up visits and 3 in-office acute/urgent care or follow-up visits. This plan is a good fit for new parents, with extra access to reassurance and guidance during one of the biggest transitions of life, not just scheduled appointments.
